Paxton pulley swap?

Paxton pulley swap?
Has anyone swapped the pulley on their Vortech or Paxton blower before? I at first rented a pulley puller tool which did me no good as it would've wanted to thread the hub. Any suggestions on the proper tool to use for this guy?
