Hi all,

I ordered a grill emblem from Southern Mustang parts, ive seen a few of you on here have them. I was just curious if you could share your experiences that you have had with them. I ordered it on June 13 and they said allow 10 to 12 days to process and that a confirmation would be sent out when it gets shipped.

Ive called and emailed several times and have not heard anything from them. Has this happened to people in the past? I just want to know if this is their usual bad service before I call my credit card company to file a dispute...

I ordered my exhaust from them at the end of 2009, the shipping was quick and I had a phone call from Ken. I was happy with my purchase and their service.

But I've only used them one time.

It took a couple of weeks to get mine, but Ken was pretty responsive and let me know what was going on...

I had sent them a couple of emails last year asking questions about various items....no response.

Is it one of the custom painted ones? If so, be patient with them before you start the hate thread

First, I want to say that Ken and the folks there have earned my future business after my last purchase with them...

I ordered some of the ultimate window microfibre cloths and the package must have been lost in the mail as it never arrived. I inquired where they were after a couple of weeks and recieved a prompt response that they mailed, but that they would make sure they mailed out some more. A couple of days later I received my package and I couldn't be happier.

Not trying to start the hate thread, I just want the product I spent my money on. Ill give it a few more days and see what happens. I heard from Ken, he gave me a tracking number, but its USPS and all it says is that they electronically notified them and doesnt actually show the item going out. We'll see what happens I guess....
