Me too!! Tehama County is a no smog county. No worries here.

You wouldn't pass for several reasons but, you are right. The OP should find a county with no smog and change his address.

Where is rural No. Calif. for you?

Tehama is a no smog county too huh? I didn't know about that one. I knew about Lake County being no smog. I have heard they closed the P.O. box loophole that was popular when I was younger. Not sure if it was actually closed or not though.

They did change the out of state PO box loophole. I tried this year....

Humboldt is a no smog county? If that's so my sister is going to go to College up there, gonna register the car their then!
