I'm terribly sorry your replacement wheel arrived in that condition. This is highly unusual and to be honest, I've never heard of weights not sticking or falling off in transit to a customer. I've forwarded this to our Wheels Team and Customer Service Team in hopes that we can prevent a similar circumstance from happening in the future.
In the meantime, I'd like to help correct this issue in any way possible. When did you receive the replacement wheel? Have you contacted our Customer Service Team about it yet? If not, please PM me the best # to call you at and the most convenient time to get a hold of you today. I'll get that info to our Customer Service Team Lead and he can get this taken care of for you.
We take very seriously any QC control issues or problems with customers' orders and I assure you we will do everything humanly possible to get this issue resolved in a reasonable manner.
