There is a dipstick on the side of the transmission for checking fluid levels. I know this from not reading any manual but from personal experience when I did a converter swap.

I went back to my manual again, it says no dip stick for auto. Anyways ill see if my manual is wrong when i have my car up again nexty week. I notice the article says to check the fluid on level ground does that mean i cant check it on a ramp(my only option).
