GT style grille with foglights for the V6
#11
If you do the install with the front end on the car, you will need a small cordless drill to allow you to make the holes into the grille support. I used a right angle Nextec driver from Sears. This worked great as most electric drills would be too long and you will not be able to fit the drill and drill bit in the confined space. You will need specialty drills, but my wife bought me some for xmas as part of a package which included a nail impact driver and drills. Here is a similar one http://www.amazon.com/Milwaukee-2415..._ob_hi_title_0
If you pull your front off (about 9 screws) it is easier. With the front end on, you will need to pop the tabs that hold the top grille off. I was not going to hold onto mine or try to sell it, so I used a shear to cut off the plastic tabs off. On the 2011, there are two plastic shields behind the grille that you will need to cut off. I recently put the tri-bar pony in the center of my grille, so I had to cut a small opening in the center of the grille support, to allow me to install the grille emblem. The bottom grille will require that you either reach down from the top to install it, or to remove the lower cover and using the zip ties, attach the lower grille. If I had to do it over, I would remove the front end, install the grilles, a stillen spoiler and the Starkey products front chin spoiler. I recently installed OEM headlights with retrofitted projectors, so I had to take the front end off. I installed the Stillen spoiler, fog lights and the headlights at one time.
I had originally purchased the Raxioms, but they broke every three months, so I became a pro at pulling my front end off.
