need suggestions!

well that was my first idea to build a 347 stroker but when i started comparing prices and stuff it turns out the 351w would be cheaper or atleast to what im looking at thats why i was looking for suggestions of what parts to look for and what works the best.. plus you cant beat cubic inches... i have driven a low 11 second car and yes it is a crap load faster then what i expected but i loved the feeling of running a 11.5 (even though the car usually runs 11.2s)

If he has a 351 then it will be pretty much the same price to build a 408 stroker than building a 347. But swaping a windsor he will need a oil pan, pickup tube, headers, and a hood, that is where the cost will be different.

...plus the initial cost of the kit. Then you'll need 15% more induction since you're building 15% more motor. Or you can do like the typical 408 owner and put a set of box stock TW or AFR 185s on it. LOL

the 351 just leaves lots more room to grow and is a mush stronger block to start with cuz if you want to make 550 hp that's gone to be getting up there for a 5.0 stock block. with the 351 block you can go much high so if you are looking to grow even more do the 351
