Gonna need more information on that 95 stang
is it a V8
does all the efi components still work
if so, depending on how big your build is you can get away with some bigger injectors, bigger and correct MAF, a 351 lower and upper to fit the build and new fuel rails/fuel pressure regulator and pump.
I think the stock computer can take a decent amount of change, and then ull need a custom chip beyond that,
