Fairly simple, most parts will interchange, your intake will be different and the distributor, and i`m sure the van isnt roller so your distibutor will need the brass or bronze gear not the steel gear for a roller cam!
Your headers will be different also! it is most likely a c-6 trans and yeah it will fit like a c-4! may have to modify the crossmember for it!
basically intake headers distributor and you`ll be set! oh and prolly a different size serpentine belt! and the van prolly has a mech fuel pump so make a block off plate for the timing cover! you may need a 351 double sump pan kit from summit also! like 150$ for pan pickup and dipstick!

its probably an E4OD trans, and there's NO WAY itll fit into the Mustangs trans tunnel... its a tight fit in the trucks and vans...
