Default Engine swap from 4.0 V6 to 4.6 V8

Hi i have a 2006 mustang v6 5-speed with 110,000 miles and I want to swap it to a 4.6 V8 how much will it cost with parts and labor without a loaner also what parts will i need thanks.

All I know is that its a lot of labor but has been done before. Here is another thread on that topic and im sure some of the people who have done it will chime in eventually.

If you are serious about a swap look at
Many of the members there have done the swap.

Yes we have
Mike - 2005 Stroked/Forged/Cammed V8 (5.0L.); Kenne Bell 2.6 @ 18psi, + many mods. (formerly a V6 w/Vortech supercharger);
- 2006 4.0 V6 with PH Turbo and TR6060
