Default 4.0 liter timing and head changeout

I need to remove, rebuild and replace the right head on a 06 4.0 liter but have never messed with SOHC engines. Any tips on how to remove the head and or retime the engine once the head has been replaced? I may remove both heads for reconditioning due to what appears to be stuck valve on #2 cylinder. Obviously other valves may follow suit it I don't go after both of them (heads) now and the fact that the engine is removed the car.

Better off asking this on the mustangcollective, there aren't many if at all technical 4.0 people on here.

i can tell you that you will find it many times easier to drop the whole motor.... sucks but to get to the passenger side head timing chain (which is against the fire wall) is a B#$@% Have fun, post pics!
