zex nitrous kit

I saw this zex kit on ebay. It looks like everything I need, but it says it will only fit the 96-98 mustangs in the chart. Why would it fit the 96-98's and not the 99-04's?

94-98 mustangs have the return style fuel system which is a little bit safer to use on a dry nitrous kit which that kit is. you still could use it but alot of people that have 99+ usually go with wet!
