high mileage?

I know it will vary depending on use and abuse but...
How many miles do you guys thing u can put on a 4.6 2v

and.... how much is a new engine?

well with alot of abuse i killed one at 84k my engine was 2900 with 3yr 36k warrenty and 700 for install and 300 for new clutch

mine is burning oil but running strong at 113000...

from ford a new long block is around 3000

i'm not sure what im gonna do yet... I AM GOING TO get a fresh engine in there... whether it be rebuilt by me, low milage used, or new long block... that I don't know yet

If properly maintained it could easily see 200,000
