What you need to do is to open your hood and start your car and look at your compressor and if it is kicking in then you need to go back. If it is not kicking in then it is most likely your CCRM (constant control relay module) Expensive part at the dealer, but its better to get a new one then to waste the money on a could be crap used one. I just had this problem in my 98!

yeah I got it from the ford dealership. I believe it was $140.00 or somthing like that. What you have to do is first remove it( i will get to that) then they will cross referance the numbrs and find one that will fit yours. If your looking at the car from the front, inside the passenger fender is where it is located. To get to it you will have to remove any aftermarket Cold Air Intake or the stock one also. I have an aftermarket and I had to remove it. Then there are two bolts that hold the CCRM in place on the fender. You have to get a wrench( 10 MM ) I believe and loosen them enough to move the CCRM around and slide the wires to the hole so that you can unscrew them from the CCRM. Once you get them off you can just grab the CCRM and pull it through the same hole the Air filter is. Message back if I didnt cover anything.
