hey, how many horses will GT40 P heads give me?? just the heads with the stock pistons and everything, but then if i was to get something else (that would need to be added for the heads since i know nothing about this much with cars) about how big of a hp increase is there, and also, if i added some SLP longtube headers with some high flow cats, how much of a hp increase will that create?

well the heads will run about 30 HP and if you go with an all out exhaust, I.E Long tube headers, quality Xpipe, and some non baffeled mufflers like some magnaflows, you will be looking at another 25 to 30 HP. If you get the heads done you might as well get an upgraded intake though. Waste of good heads without a good intake manifold to go with it!

well i got some 2 chambered flowmasters on their so i'm just looking for some high flow cats and l. tube headers. what exactly would you recomend (spelling?) to go with those heads for it to work properly bc i'm on a budget here.

well you can find a good bullitt manifold for about a grand brand new.. manifolds arent cheap. A 75mm throttle body will run you between 160-220 dollars depending on the maker. A good Cold Air intake with a bigger (85MM) MAM will run you close to 400.00 if you get the whole kit. I would definety get the headers and a good mid pipe before you invested in the intake and heads though. You will need the room for all that exhaust to get out. A good exhaust will cost you between 800 to 1500 depending on the brands. If you get the long tubes the will have to take down the K member and thats a little bit of work for someone that doesnt know what they are doing. I would take it somewhere to have the exhaust done if I were you. Mine cost close to 1500 dollars. If you have any other questions then throw em' out here and we will try our best to help you.
