hp gains will vary from car to car. depending on the amount of money you are spending:

Accufab 75mm throttle body
Accufab Plenum
Denscharger CAI
Mac longtube headers
Mac Prochamber
Mac 3' Catback
4.10 gears
pro 5.0 short throw shifter

IMHO, i would start with the exhaust first. with all of these for a combo, it should give birth to a respectful amount of ponies

yeah i would go exhaust first. im more for magnaflow than mac. but thats your choice and i have C&l intake but also your choice. my first mod was catback then i got steeda underdrives then C&L intake then xpipe. if u got alot of doe u can get it all at one time or u can switch swap and get exhaust then intake then exhaust then more intake. but i would go with exhaust first before intake cause ther is already restriction there and it opens the doors for the power your going to add to the engine in the future. but i say gears are probably the most bang for your buck hands down. but you have lots of choices.

like 04 pointed out, you don't have to go with whatever we say... its all in what you are looking for ie performance, sound, etc.....

good luck with the mods and keep us posted

Im with both, those are good choices for mods, and like was said earlier - gears will give you the most performance gain for the buck - and exhaust is always good.
