Thinking ahead.... spring time

Thinking ahead.... spring time
Even though I am going to ride my car during the winter, I really want to work on my car during the spring...
These are all my planned upgrades for spring/summer 07:
-Upgrade all the shocks to Bilstein (front, back and axle wraps)
-Install shift kit and cooler (Transgo)
-Repaint the front of my car and do a clear bra to protect it
-Do a nice exhaust on my car - but not sure what kind yet - would like to go with a nice deep sound (when you are at WOT), but not really noticeable while idle (neighborhood issues) - any suggestions??
I would love to lower the car, but not sure since I ride this car in the snow :P
Any suggestions to the list - please feel free!!!

RE: Thinking ahead.... spring time
If you want a good sounding exhuast that sounds good at WOT and not to loud at idle, Id go with flowmaster american thunder series(about $379 w/shipping), I have it and it is perfect for what you are looking for, hope this helps.

i wouldnt put too high of a stall though, or else it wont be very streetable. I wouldnt go any higher than like 3200 stall. I think my dad runs either a 3200 or 3800 in his drag car, and he drives the drag car on the street....so i wouldnt go any higher that a 3200 on a near stock car.

I have an entire thread dedicated to exhaust combos. Dan04Cobra was good enough to make it a sticky and is now under the tech and how to's at the top of the board. That should give you a good source for your deep exhaust sound.
