Default Water in headlight lenses

Alright, so I get water in my headlight, and even tailight, lenses when I get a wash. Why is this happening? Anyone experienced this or have ideas to resolve? Thanks!

Put a bead of clear silicone around the whole lighting assembly and it should keep it from happening, of course let em dry out first

Where should I put the silicone? Can I dry them out with a hairdryer or something? It's very damp here around this time of year and they are just always damp and fogged!

You can dry em up with a hairdryer, put the silicone where the clear plastic of the headlight bezel connects to the back of the housing

best thing to do is put them in the oven and heat them up, you have to check on what temperature, i dont remem, i did it awhile back, and then once it heats up you push together the lens vs the housing and itll reseal. i read it on the net and i did it and it worked. what year is your car.
