i wouldnt even be dreaming of a 700 rwhp car if u dont even have the money sitting right in front of you.builds like those are going to be real expensive and theres a bunch of little expenses here and there and they eventually add up on top of all the motor and suspension work your going to need.700 hp is way to much for the streets and if you dont know how to drive that thing your going to kill yourself.
