alright i have the diablo sport predator tuner, but after purchasing the vt cam stage one and 3.73 many people say that i should get a dyno tune for the cams, so do i have to get rid of the handheld tuner? (oneof my friend want to buy it from me) and does the dyno tune recalibrate the gears?

you'll need to keep it. the dyno place will use it to load the new tune on. if you get rid of it you'll just have to buy another. Unless your dyno uses only SCT.

yeah most dynos are sct unfortunately. I'm in the same boat. trying to hold off on cams as long as i can for that reason[:@]

call local shops and ask what they tune with. most use sct and its included in the price.

+1 find out what the shops in your area use for custom tuning. Most tuners use SCT software, but many use diablo as well. When you get a custom tune for the cams, they will be able to correct your speedo for the gears too no matter which software they use.
