Yes, I have used the search and I have found a bunch of threads, but you might as well ask a magic 8 ball for answers on some of the questions. So, I will list all that I know and I would like conformation that it's all I need.

1. 99+ Complete Heads. The 01-04 you can use the old 11 bolt valve covers, the 99-00 you have to use the 99-00 valve covers. You just bolt these suckers on, the only thing that must be changed is the cam sprocket.

2. 99+ Intake. The one with the aluminum crossover is preferred because you can tap the water crossover.

3. 99+ Heater hose and tube so the new intake doesn't hit it.

4. This kit http://www.steeda.com/products/4.6L_...anging_kit.php contains everything required to change it over. It has the gaskets for both sides correct?

5. The compression ratio will be changed to 10.5:1 so premium fuel will be required.

6. Will I require the 99+ headers, or will my stock 96 work? I know that I SHOULD change the headers, but cash limitations only allow for one mod this round.

1.Find some 01-04 Romeo heads you can use your old valve covers and save a little cash that way. Plus their are a few other advantages.
2.Yes, it is better intake but if you cant find one just go to local part store and make a little tee with some fittings and extend the old wiring harness and put both sensors on the tee.
3.Thats a plus, if not get some good hose put two clamps on it and make it about five foot long.
4.Summit,Jegs,Cushmanmotorsports also have a head changing kit.
5.I run premium fuel on any gt but yes it is needed.
6.96 up headers or manifolds will work fine.
