Default MAF sensor Error... Any ideas

I recently added a AccuFab 70mm Throttle body and a Typhoon K&N cold air induction kit, now I'm reciving a MAF sensor error. I have been told that if I add a programmer this will clear up the problem by adjusting the air/fuel mixture. If anyone has run into this problem the help would be appericiated.

Thanks

Not too experienced here so I'm sure you will get some better input soon, but the MAF should adjust a/f ratio itself if its operating properly. You may want to clean it using MAF cleaner and make sure it is connected properly.

What is the error code, there are several that are MAF related--all with different probable causes. When you get the code look it up here...
