ABS Issue
Ok...
My ABS light comes on occasionally. When I press the brake pedal, sometimes I can feel something. It feels like something is tapping the brake pedal. This doesn't happen all the time. Any ideas?? I figured I'd try here before giving the dealership $100 just to check it...
If not does anybody live in the South East Valley of Phoenix who has a reputable mechanic?

As soon as the light comes back on I'll get the code.
Some additional info tho. I've got 315 tires on 17x10 inch rims. When I purchased the car, I'm assuming it had 4.10 gears. I say this because my Speedo is about 20% off. This also seems to be associated with my traction control as that light also comes on sporatically.

My ABS light has been on since I put my lowering springs in and the wires rubbed the tire on the one side right through until it broke.
We fixed it with a cable splice connector but now it comes on more then it is off because of the splice.
I just run it how it is.

Well if the ABS is still kicking the pedal then he wont be able to stop safely in an 'emergency' situation. Its not safe to drive a car when the ABS is activating all the time. Just because the light is NOT on does not mean there arent codes. The ABS module stores On Demand and Continuous Memory codes. OD-DTCs cause a steady ABS light. Intermittent ABS light will throw a CM-DTCs. Get the ABS codes pulled and I bet you theres CMDTCs.
If you dont have the $$ and need to drive the car, then I recommend disabling the ABS by removing the fuse (fuse 29 under the dash, its a 15amp) This will stop the pedal from kicking back and will cause the ABS light to be steady. Be aware that your tires will now lock under heavy heavy brake aplication. But it beats not being able to stop fast
