so taking it off and re-gluing wont work? im just gonna have to look at it i guess and see what i find. if i end up buying a new mirror are they hard to install? anyone with experience?
its not the mirror, i looked into mine cuz its the same bull****...its the actually motor inside that has play, the mirror just snaps onto that and thats a tight fit, its so annoying Ill think theres flashing lights behind me at night because it shakes so much lol the only thing to do it get a new motor
thanks for the info. im probably just going to deal with it. it's not bad enough for me to justify spending money on it.
There are screws on the motor, on the part that attaches to the mirror itself, which may have worked themselves loose. Happened on my old GT, I just popped the mirror off, tightened the screws, and all was good.
the mirror on my drivers side is loose or something. it shakes in the wind and is very annoying lol. is there anything i can do, such as take the mirror part off and re-glue it or something? i dont want to buy a whole new mirror and everything. if not, its not that big of a deal.
I’m trying something. I taped up around the edges of the mirror and poked a small hole in a top piece of the tape. I used spray foam moderately to tighten up the mirror. Stay tuned
