I've got the 4 bolt UPR cc plates on my Saleen with no issues whatsoever. You did something wrong. Might be the spacers you messed up or something.

I've tried just bouncing or flexing the suspension setting still in the garage and it's too stiff to tell anything. Could the bearings in the CC plates cause this kind of issue? The struts seem fine and there were no issues PRIOR to install.

Again, this issue only reared it's ugly head AFTER installing the UPR CC plates....

Has anyone one else with UPR CC plates had this problem? If I can't figure it out I'm going to order some MM CC plates....

Yeah get the MM 4 bolt ones. In almost 3 years I've had almost no issues with mine. No clunking, no b.s.

i've heard of strut shafts not fitting perfect inside the spherical bearing causing them to rattle. this could be your problem depending on what struts your runnin. especially with UPR's plates. nothing too major to worry about other than noise really.

I have the MM ones and the guy who installed them put the spacers on the bottom and my struts were bottoming out (loud banging on bumps) which caused damage to them after I realised what it was I had them fixed by putting the spacers in the correct order (as per instalation instructions) and my struts still rattled and had to be changed. check the spacers and make sure they are in the correct order. on mine I think its one large on bottom then one large and two smalls on top. (only if they are stock size)
