Default Lowering Springs

Might seem like a dumb question, but can you use reguylar hardtop springs on a convertable? Wantin to lower my car, but can't nearly as much of the selection that they have for hardtop.

Thanks,
Spencer

I dont see why not?

Never really heard of anyone using vert spec springs... I mean I know the weight is a little different but I dont think it'll affect much

Some aftermarket companies offer springs that are convertible or coupe specific, but I tend to agree with the above post, in that it doesn't really matter.

+1 to both. I really dont see how there could be a difference besides the weight difference between a coupe and a vert.

Alright. I'll just have to look more into. Thank for all the input!

btw. . .justag6969. . .did you cut the springs at all or did you just put them in without cutting? your car looks pretty damn good, i just think i wanna go a little lower.
