Default just replaced fuel pump...now no start.

The pump in my brother's 99GT quit so we replaced it and all assossiated filters. The car started up fine, ran smooth this afternoon. Then we went out for a spin just now and the car died after a couple blocks. Throwing a P0193 code...FRPS high input. We just changed the sensor before the new pump...now what?

Here's what the shop manual says about P0193.

In the manual's diagnostic tables almost everything points to P0193 indicating that the FRP sensor is faulty.
