I've been given 'visual' inspections on the side of the road by local & state police, all got down to the ground and looked for cats. Just when you think it won't ever happen, it does.</P>
Let me point out from Vfasts comment about mufflers adding horsepower. If you do an x/h pipe upgrade along with a straight through muffler set up like Magnaflow, SLP or Dynomax you can see upwardsof 15RWHP.</P><edited><editID>mustangforums</editID><editDate>37972.0264236111</editDate></edited>

In MA, exhaust modifications that are illegal are something called 'Moving Violations' and are surchargable to your insurance.</P><edited><editID>mustangforums</editID><editDate>37972.0271064815</editDate></edited>
