97 GT Noisy Lifter

My cars ticking like a sob, which I assume are lifters -

i've tried putting marvel mystery oil into it, and it didn't fix the problem as i had hoped

how much would it cost to get it fixed?

Can you have a video of the sound? Sure its not an exhaust leak?

oh yeah, it's definitely a lifter - ill try to get a video

The modular 4.6 engine does not have lifters; it has lash adjusters which act sort of like lifters... you may have one that is collapsed...

I thought so also (well prayed anyways) that it was a lifter.. Found out the ticking noise was a bad engine.. Hope you have better luck than me bro..
