The motors lock up. Super common issue. Only real fix is to replace it

The motor is fine. Yanked it out today an fed it power, and low an behold, it was turning.

So it has to be that whole control switch for em with all the windows/door locks on it....to replace that, do I cut wires and rewire them together??

I had the same issue a couple times a while back, I gave the door a good couple hits and it worked, never had problems since, dont replace the motor if you dont have to, i think the windows on these cars gets stuck or something

For the record, I put the motor back in, and hook up this maroon box (it was on the lower left hand corner of the door, no idea what its for really), and boom, window works. WTF?!
