my car has been running week for about two weeks now the RPMs hang when im comming to a stop in neutral at 1500, it takes like 30 sec for the RPMs to drop and when they do they drop to about 500 like it wants to die. My check engine light came on right before it started acting like this but i diconnected the battery and reconnected it and it hasnt came back on. I cleaned my MAF, TB, IAC and EGR valve. It came up as P1131 Evap and Catalytic converter. Anyone have this problem or know what to do to fix it?

Don't know who told you "Evap and Catalytic converter". EVAP maybe (but not high on the list), but the the cat is not listed as a possible cause for P1131 in the factory shop manual.

some guy from the dealer plugged in the code reader he had and thats what it came up as.. I was thinking it was the 02Sensors I checked the ones before the cats and they are good still have to check the front two. someone also told me that it might be that one of my cats is clogged.

Yup--no doubt completely ignoring what the shop manual says is the way to go...
