Thanks everyone for the suggestions . Gonna pull the boots and blow everything dry. Do I need to remove the fuel rail to remove the cop's, ive seen a you tube video where the guypulls the fuel rail to remove the cop's. is this the way or can i get them out without pulling the fuel rails off.I probably gonna change the plugs while I have the packs off. I never had this problem with a vehicle before. I was down my Tahoe's motor from mud and dirt and never had an issue.

No, the rails stay where they are. Remove the (I think 7mm) bolts from each coil, gently twist to break the seal, and lift. when they reach the rail, you will be able to "Flex" the plug boot and wiggle it out. DONT TUG ON IT.
If you have access to compressed air, by all means blow the tubes out BEFORE removing the plugs. If not, As I told you before, with the plugs out, crank the motor over for a few seconds and all the junk in the tubes will get blown out.
Just remember....Lesson learned....

Thank you everyone for the help and the smart *** comments that had me laughing. I do 99% of my own work so yes I am mechanically inclined. Here is what it was. I replaced all the plugs which got rid of my check engine light and misfire on cylinder 2. I then had a popping sound in the exhaust and car would stumble so I purchased a new coil from napa and replaced the #2 cylinder coil that I had the misfire on and it runs great now. Now to spend some $$ and replace the rest. If ones going the rest have been used just as long so they most likely gonna go to. Thanks again for all the help

Gald to hear you got the coil swapped and it's running again. FWIW, you can wash motors, but you never know what might happen. I've known plenty of guys that do that to their rides and have never had issues doing so. That being said, spraying pressurized water onto/near electrical components (no matter how good they're supposed to be sealed) is a gamble at best.
