Default Headlight on 2004 mustang

My driver side headlight has stopped working foglights and all still work Tryed putting other bulb in and it still didn't work didn't know if anyone knew anything that it could be

Look into the the pigtail for the headlight and see if the terminals are corroded and or damaged. I had to replace both of mine for that reason.

I had put the tester on it it lit up on bright side but not when on low could it still be the plug

yes, they use different terminals.
does the headlight work on brights?

I have single beam hids I have just found out the 2000 to 2004 should have separate fuses and one of them may have blew so I'm hoping that's what it is thanks for the help though
