can a 94-98 radiator fit in a 2003 gt?

ive ditched the expansion tank and made custom hoses to fit everything but now I cant figure out a way to get my summit 1 qt expansion tank to work without the 1/8th inch vent hole spilling coolant everywhere.

im thinking if I can get a radiator with the cap built on the side I can eliminate the cap I just cut into the upper hose, and also eliminate the outlet on the radiator where the old expansion tank hose went into.

then take the cap outlet on new radiator and run the hose to the outlet on the summit tank.

my problem now is I have 3 outlets, and ive tried teeing them together. ive tried plugging one and only using 2. no matter what I try I end up with coolant coming out the vent hole on the tank
