Default Water in spark plug holes

Everytime i wash my car with the undercarage washer..water gets splashed up in my engine bay and the water sinks into the spark plug holes cause a bad miss fire..almost everytime i wash my car, i have to blow out the spark plug holes and water flys out..whats a way to stop water from getting in the holes?

maybe you are puttin' your hose where it doesn't belong. i'm not being smart a$$. i mean just don't put the hose pressure too long on 1 spot. i've washed my engine before with it running & haven't had any problems. also make sure your plug boots are pushed all the way down. hope this helps.

I also have had the same problem, but I think it just accumulates from a combanation of rain and washing my car. I also found that is caused a misfire too. But I had to change my plugs/wires and the problem was solved. What type of plugs and wires do you guys run? Most of the time if your car is mis-firing it is due to bad plugs or wires.
