Tymensky (Modular Performance) is the only person I would get a rotating assembly or shortblock from. In a month or so you could stop by his shop and see my personal assembly being worked on (and that says a lot) For example most of the "other" shops do not offer 2V piston notching on their rotating assemblies since they never actually see your pistons when they balance your crank. He inspects, QC, and weighs each one. Plus he has quite a few power tricks/secrets up his sleeve that few know about (he taught me a couple recently) that he can engineer into the motor if he does the work.
