Best Throwout Bearing
Whats the best throwout bearing for our mustangs? best as in lasts the longest, bc I am sic of 5,000 mile throwout bearings

There are only three or four companies that make bearings. The rest are just rebrands of the them.

Most guys will recommend the FRPP HD one. From what I've seen, unless you do some sort of mod like a return spring for your clutch fork to bring the TOB of the fingers when the clutch is out, you will eat through whatever one you put in there.
