Haha will do moose.
Crash, I dont have a gf unfortunely. In due time though. Almost all of my money goes to this. Luckily for me, my parents still pay my insurance and gas. So that helps out alot.

Well I didn't end up getting the ported heads, but got some 04 cobra heads for $600. Still a great improvement over the heads I was going to use. Also, I'll have enough Money to pay for the machining for the shortblock

I got the heads today as well as all of the timing set. I also bought a rear heater tube that goes on the back of the engine. The heads I got have one with it also. So I plan on making my own head cooling mod that will cost me a total of $20. Beats those extremely overpriced $180 ones you see being sold.
Another thing that has been stuck in my head is the motormounts. Any thoughts on solid motormounts for a daily driver? Foes it make the car shake alot more then the stock rubber ones or aftermarket urethane ones?

Well guys, I havent been able to do much with this. Mainly because other stuff like throwout bearings and whatnot keep breaking on my car. Which is eating up all my money and alot of my time. Now that that is all resolved, back to this! I met up with some other mustang guys tonight at a car meet. Im going to see them again saturday, and they have a killer chiller system that they said theyd sell to me for $100. Im pretty excited! $100 for an extra $50 hp, lower iats. I cant complain!

Im getting closer and closer to building the shortblock. I picked up a fidanza lightweight aluminum flywheel, and I just paid for a an 8 rib conversion with a IW 10% overdrive Balancer. As soon as I get that, Im going to take the rotating assembly over to the machine shop and get the journals worked out and get it balanced. The week after that I plan to get the heads surfaced and buy an engine gasket kit so i can get the longblock assembled. Should be lots of fun!

Also, does anyone know if the tensioners for a 2v motor will work on a 4v motor? Trickflow has steel ones that I would like to use over the plastic ones I have, because the gasket material has a nick on both tensioners and i heard the steel ones are more reliable.
