To OP avoid anything Chrome as that will be much heavier.
BTW..Stock 99-04 Starfish 35th wheels are pretty light for a stock wheel.

Can you back that up with some numbers?

Christ, those are heavy wheels. Rotational mass bothers me, so I ended up with a set of BBS RKs (18x8.5 front and 18x10 rear), that are between 17 to 19lbs each.

Heres some numbers, BTW..Im talking about 17" which are stock rim size for 99-04 GT not 18" , just want to point that out too ,which are lighter than 18" also

The Black FR500's 17x9 wheels weigh 19lbs and the 17x10.5 weigh 24lbs.

I personally weighed the Saleens and FR 500's and they're no where close to that. Anyone remember my American Muscle wheel thread? No? Point is, it doesn't matter what wheel you get, most of the weight of the wheel is the barrel and the center where the lugs go. So I doubt any Replica wheel will vary more then 2-3 lbs. What I'm saying is, get the one you like best and don't look back. Whatever you get the car's going to be slower then a smaller factory setup.
