Default Rebuilding a 2000 mustang gt

So basically i just want to see other peoples opinions on what i should do to my stock mustang gt. I have around 12k to spend on it and its got 180k miles not sure if engine or tranny has been replaced. I have done the basic spark plug swaps and cold air intake install. I looking for much more power under the hood, any suggestions?
By the way its a auto tranmission.
