I have a 2000 mustang gt 4.6 2v I am wanting to change to 4v. I have access to a 2003 Maurader 4.6 4v complete. I know I will have to switch in take and fly will because the Maurader is an automatic. What else will it consist of the do a swap? Will my headers work? Do they make a painless wiring harness? What else am I missing? Thank you in advance for any pointers!

 

1) Your wiring harness will work but you have to extend and change over the cop plugs
2)You will need the cobra 4v exhaust manifolds/headers. But if you have shorties already, your midpipe will bolt up to a set of stock manifolds or shorties for the 4v
3) Your cai will have to be modded or swapped for a cobra unit
4) you will need a dyno
5) cobra radiator hoses
fyi, this is if you get the 4v oil pan to intake. You can use your 2v front accessories. There may be a few small things you need but I cant recall right now
