If you have a decent tune for the juice and the above mentioned window switch, you should be fine. I think some people try to run too much of a shot and dont make the necessary changes in the tune (i believe you want less timing for a nitrous hit).

The M112 from the Cobra will not bolt up without a LOT of money spent in fabrication of custom parts for your '96. Just the compressor for $200 sounds good until you realize you have another $3000 in misc stuff to make it work.
There is an M112 for the 96-98 cars, but it was sold via SVO and Roush Racing. Sometimes they pop up on ebay or in the classified sections. Usually for for $2000-$2500 depending on condition.
