So I have a tapping noise coming from my engine after its warmed up. I've done research and tried a couple things but have come up empty handed. When I put my stethoscope to it, its louder on the right side. Took that valve cover off and spun the motor. Everything looks good. My next thing was going to be pull plugs and check them cus I heard if they're overtightened they can cause noise, except I thought if it were that then the noise would be there the whole time. Any more help?

loose spark plugs, exhaust leak, bad lash adjuster/rocker, chain guide.....could be numerous things. Not one of us can tell you because its the internet, and we dont even have a video of it running....
