Default P0430 Code

I just got my first CEl today and I used my SCT and it was code P0430 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2). I have LT's, catted H, and Axlebacks and had it installed about 2 months ago. Does anyone know what this code exactly is?
Is it something I should lose sleep over

Cracked exhaust or even leaks can through that code. If you have cheap Chinese made headers like Pypes you may want to go over your whole system.
