I just got my stock one ported and polished, It feels slightly stronger, nothing huge but the thing that makes me most happy is now my CAI is much louder. Its almost sounds like a turbo which I love lol. It flows 12% better and I already have a CAI/Tune so there was no need to retune and I dont have any engine lights. It only cost me $75 so I would say it was definitely worth it for me.

Unless you're planning on going FI and/or doing some serious internal mods, don't waste your money and frustration level. The stock TB flows exceptionally well for most typical bolt-on mods.
