No idea. Go to JBA's website and look for a PDF instruction file. Mine came with two pages of instructions.

I just got mine recently too.....mine does have instructions, but I am missing one washer as my bag of hardware was open already and everything was thrown in the box.

Where did you buy from? I got mine from latemodelresto.

I got the Xmas specials from AM.


This is all I got.....


2 headers, a bag of bolts, and a sticker?


And what is with that dent on the left set???? By the third exhaust port? Is that the way they are suppose to be?

Oh god.... I give up. Its the picture of the headers in my Album. It sucks being to stupid to post pictures

Man I better look at mine more carefully. That is not suppose to be there. I would call AM and have them replaced and send you some instructions as well.

Do you mind taking your hardware out and posting a pic? I want to see if you got the same stuff as me. I dont know whats up with JBA.......you got this dent and missing instructions and me missing some hardware.

Actually, I was just looking at mine and I seem to have a dent there as well. It does not really look like it has been damaged or anything....but will have to look into it further.

Is your dent on the passenger side header?
