Default Whistle at idle or backing out of throttle

My car started whistling in the way to work very high pitched goes silent under load though and changes pitch with throttle. The car is cammed so at first I thought cats may be an issue but no power loss or stumbling or weird running of any kind not running hot and my scanner shows cat temps right where they have always been at various speeds. I'm thinking either vacuum leak or or exhaust leak somewhere but not sure where to start looking. Anyone ever experience this? I did just get a new tune from Brenspeed for the cams and it started about a day later. I'm going to call them Monday. Just wanted to see if anyone may have ideas.

I poked around trying to find a vacuum leak but found nothing. Double checked all the connections I took lose for the cam swap and everything looks fine. It's running fine so I guess I'll just keep an eye on it for now. Just kinda annoying.
