Default new member and new stang

Hi all, last night I picked up a 88 mustang gt with a 351w in it, the car is in need of some real TLC, the person before me covered the entire interior in velvet!! not to mention the rusted floor pans and rusted rear drivers fender lip. I bought this car for $800.00 mainly for the motor, which is in top shap and is very strong, I guess I don't know weither I should just pull the motor and look fora new body, or would fixing this body be worth the time and money, I am a pretty good welder and average body man.

Any help would be great, ty

Rust is really hard to deal wiht. Pull the motor and trans if its in good shape, and get a body that is rust free with an interior that you can easily fix up.
