Is there something wrong with my car or is it just the clutch?

what do you mean by harsh conditions as in the clutch's condition or like accelerating really hard. cause thats what im feeling, a real lack of acceleration but like ive taken my car to 152mph, and now it cant go any higher than 145.

Ok, say you're in third gear just kind of cruising along. You floor it, does your rpm's shoot up higher that it feels like your going speed wise. Like does the engine rev but you're not going as fast as it seems.
