Idle problem

Looking at buying this 5.0. This guy says it has a funny idle. He says its due to a vacuum leak. Could he be correct? Any ideas on where to look and what to replace?

bring a can of carb cleaner with you, start the car and spray a bunch of vac lines and around the intake gaskets/tb gasket... youll find the leak when the RPM's rise.

then you will know what needs to be replaced
